Normally, book once sold will not be returned, except the condition a Customer is not satisfied with the condition and quality of book.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact support@shabdgaatha.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

• A return and refund request will not be initiated under these condition:-

• • • If books are altered/tempered/used/having missing pages or any other damages due to misuse of book by customer.
    • If product is returned without original packaging (labels etc.).
    • For damaged/missing product that is reported after 24 hours of the delivery.

• A return request will be reviewed by Shabdgaatha Media Publishers, then accordingly approved or rejected.

After approval, Shabdgaatha will send the updates via email or Whatsapp within 24 Hours to customer and pickup of the product will be arranged through our courier partners.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, order refund process may take 7-10 business days to transfer amount to customer bank account.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

A customer can cancel his order at any time before his order dispatched.

Shabdgaatha have the rights reserved to cancel an order in below conditions:-

• • If product is out of stock or is discontinued
  • Restrictions on the number of products you can order, as per Terms & Conditions of any Offer/Discount
  • Inaccuracies or errors in pricing information

• • Incorrect or Incomplete Buyer’s Address

• • Non serviceability of Buyer’s address by our courier partners

Shabdgaatha will inform customer about the cancellation of his order and share details. Once the resolution is set for refund, Shabdgaatha will soon move ahead with the refund. Refund will be done by the same method Shabdgaatha received the payment in.

• In case of refunds for orders with online options as mode of payment (Debit Cards, Credit Cards), 2% of the total amount will be deducted and rest refunded to the account from which the payment was made.
• The remittance of refund amount will take 7-10 business days after approval of refund process in customer bank account.
• Customer can cancel the part of a Single order.
