1. What is the ‘Book A Slot Offer’ for self-published authors?
The ‘Book A Slot Offer’ allows self-published authors to showcase and sell their books at our stall in the New Delhi World Book Fair 2025. Authors can select from different plans to reserve a spot and promote their work.

2. What are the available plans under the ‘Book A Slot Offer’?
We offer four plans: Basic, Standard, Premium, and Platinum. Each plan offers different levels of exposure and services to suit various needs and budgets. 

3. How long will my book be displayed at the fair?
Your book will be displayed for the entire duration of the New Delhi World Book Fair 2025, which runs for 9 days.

4. How do I book a slot for my book at the fair?
You can book a slot by contacting us via email or phone. After selecting your preferred plan, you’ll receive a confirmation once payment is processed.

5. Can I showcase more than one book under one plan?
Yes, for each plan, you can showcase additional books not exceeding to 2 for Basic, 3 for Standard, 5 for Premium and 10 titles for Platinum. More than defined titles will be charged extra. 

6. What is SG-Bookmarks?
SG-Bookmarks are specially designed bookmarks i.e. we will design & Print the bookmarks with a standard template.

7. What are the book signing opportunities in the Standard, Premium and Platinum plans?
The Standard plan includes one scheduled book signing session, while the Premium plan includes 4 days & the Platinum Plan includes entire event. These sessions allow authors to meet readers, sign books, and engage directly with their audience.

8. Will my book be promoted on social media?
Yes, all plans include basic social media promotion, with the Standard, Premium, and Platinum plans offering more extensive coverage across multiple platforms.

9. What is a standee display?
A personalised & larger display with 2×6 feet in size, would be placed for a day at forefront of our stall designed to capture visitor’s attention for one day.

10. Can I sell my book at the fair?
Yes, your book will be available for sale, and we will manage the sales for you. At the end of the fair, you will receive your share of the sales based on our agreed terms.

11. How much commission will be charged on book sales?
No commission will be deducted from book sales. 100% proceeds going directly to you.

12. What if my book sells out during the fair?
If your book sells out, we will notify you, and you may supply additional copies to restock your shelf space, depending on availability.

13. How will the unsold copies of my book be handled?
Unsold copies will be returned to you after the fair, or you can opt for us to continue promoting them through our other events for a nominal fee.

14. Is there a refund policy if I cannot participate after booking a slot?
Due to the limited space and high demand, we do not offer refunds for cancellations. However, under special circumstances, you may transfer your slot to another author or reschedule for another event.

15. What are the deadlines for booking a slot?
We recommend booking your slot as early as possible to secure your preferred plan. The final deadline for slot bookings is two months before the fair, subject to availability.
